1. Join in Tour Cancellation

• For most of our join-in group tours, we offer a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start date or time. If applicable, the free cancellation will be displayed on the trip page. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. You are free to rebook to a future tour date.

For example, if your join in group tour is on November 30, 7am, you have until November 29, 7am to cancel.

2. Private Tour Cancellation

• There is a cancellation fee equal to Payment Processing Fees, which averages 5%, if you cancel at least 3 to 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure or start time.
• If you cancel within two calendar days of the scheduled departure or start time, you will be charged 50% of the total trip price; depending on the itinerary, we will try to refund you as much as possible; this process is transparent.
• As many factors depend on your itinerary, the Group Tour Coach Bus Cancellation Policy is added to the quote.

3. Group Tour Coach Bus

• Cancellation policy is added to the quote as many factors depend on your itinerary.

4. Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Ticket

• In all cases, these are non-refundable.
